Purchasing online with Q Card
You can now use your Q Card to make online purchase at kctstreetwear.com* and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase. On promotional days (as advertised from time to time) you could get an extended Payment Holiday period. To use Q Card online simply select 'Credit Card / Q card' as your payment type when you check-out, enter your Q Card number, expiry date and CVV number. (Your CVV number is a 3 digit number displayed on the back on your Q Card).

If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.
Availability: If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our Web site and provided by our account managers is the best, most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.
Shipping: At KCT Streetwear we offer FAST as possible courier delivery with every order located in New Zealand.
Estimated Delivery Times :
North Island 24 - 48 hours
South Island : 24 - 72 hours.
Please note that these time frames are estimates, and are based on indications given to us by our courier service providers. We cannot ship to P.O Box numbers. If you need to make a claim for any goods lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods by using the contact details at the top of the page or by calling us on 04 8018222.
International Shipping: We can only ship to New Zealand or Australia. You can get a quote for shipping to Australia at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for local customs / tax charges you may receive. Any questions please contact us at email@example.com
GST: All prices on this site include GST (Goods and Services Tax) by default. The GST content is 15%.
Changes and errors: We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising.

KCT Streetewear retains title to items purchased until said items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes to purchaser.
Returns Policy: KCT Streetwear is here to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it unworn and unlaundered within 14 days of the order date on your invoice for a credit note or exchange. Please note we do not offer refunds only credit notes or exchanges so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will replace them or offer a solution as per the Consumer Gaurantees Act. If you do want to return the product for a credit note or exchange please fill in our returns authorisation form giving the reason for the return and which option you would like to go for. Send the form with your product in its original shipping box and condition along with a copy of the invoice. The additional shipping costs will also need to be covered by the purchaser. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require return authorization form. For your protection, we recommend that you use a tracked-delivery service if the value of the return item is more than $50.00. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the incorrect item to you, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Returns: When you send your item back to us, we will inspect the returned item then notify you via e-mail. You will receive a replacement item or a credit/exchange note for the original amount providing the product passes inspection. If the replacement item or credit is not received after 14 days from the day you sent us your return, please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Canceling an order: If you change your mind and choose to cancel your order please note we charge a 25% restocking fee for any items that have been held in relation to your order.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will credit the cost of sending the hat back to us providing it passes inspection. KCT Streetwear will only send you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) once we have received and checked the original item(s) returned.
If the item was damaged in transit: Please check that when your order is received that the item is in good condition and undamaged as unfortuntaltey once your order is delivered and signed for you are unable accept any liabilty for damage that may of occured during transport .
If the item is defective: In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, you can return the item(s) to us. Complete the returns authorisation form for your item and send it back to us and if found to be faulty due to manufacturers defect as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It will be replaced if found to be faulty.
If we sent you an item you did not order: In the unlikely event that you have an incorrect item(s), you can return the item(s) to us unworn and unlaundered in the original packaging and we'll make sure you are not charged for it. Complete the online returns authorisation form for your item(s), Once we receive the incorrect item(s) we will dispatch the correct item(s) ASAP. KCT Streetwear will not be responsible for shipping a hat back to you if it has been returned and is not faulty, has any stains/wear marks or does not fit one of the return categories on the returns authorisation form. Privacy Notice At KCT Streetwear, we respect your privacy and your concerns about how the information you provide might be used. The personal information we receive from our customers is kept private - we do not sell or share this information with anyone outside of KCT Streetwear. All information provided to www.kctstreetwear.com stays at KCT Streetwear. On occasion, we e-mail bulletins or product specials of interest to customers who have purchased a particular product. If you are not interested in receiving these mailings, you can unsubscribe at any time by following unsubscribe procedure described in the e-mail.
